Spring Snow and a Manatee
In the last week we’ve had: snow, hail, frost, ice, rain, sunshine, wind, and nice warm temps. It’s chaotic and curious, and I’ve given up on worrying if I planted or pruned at the correct time, since “plant after last chance of frost” is pretty much out the window this year. π
I did get iris, tulips and daffodils in the ground, along with daisies, black-eyed Susans, bachelor buttons, and forget-me-nots, so I’m feeling pretty good about that.
April’s newsletter went out a couple weeks ago, and in it, I’m giving away a knit manatee! The winner hasn’t contacted me yet, so hey–check your inboxes, spam boxes, promotion boxes, or where ever emails go to die–and see if maybe you won this cute chubby guy.
